Strategy Planning Meeting - The management board held its first Strategy planning meeting, some of the issues / outcomes were:-.

·         FHIR - need to be proactive and look to work/build collaboratively.  Need to reach out to others and talk with them and establish dialogue if possible.

·         Interoperability is not our primary role. A clear message around openEHR should be made that it is not just about interoperability and maybe look at doing something to educate people.  openEHR can define clinical content, not competing with FHIR/interoperability. It is about a different way of building systems. It can help define content for interoperability at the same time.

·         Clinical Modelling -Core archetypes are being aligned with FHIR.

·         Clinical Modelling Editorial Meetings - need someone to lead. Need to look at steps to establish this further.

·         Governance Changes
