|OceanEHR eHealth platform||
OceanEHR eHealth platform - Ocean Health Systems' OceanEHR platform provides a proven, highly available, greatly scalable, completely flexible and standards based environment for a modern (and future-proof) electronic health record. OceanEHR provides a complete platform for building modern applications for any need across the spectrum of health including cloud-based, SAAS and mobile systems.
Clinical Knowledge Manager, produced by Ocean, is a comprehensive repository and collaboration environment for managing openEHR archetypes, templates, terminology subsets and related artefacts.
Ocean's LinkedEHR Integrated Care application, is a comprehensive tool that connects patients with their carers across a continuum of care – from the community to the hospital - underpinned by a comprehensive care planning tool.
|Multiprac Infection control||
Multiprac is Ocean’s Infection management solution that encompasses all areas of an infection management program, including: integration with relevant master databases, identification of events of interest for the IC team, structured surveillance with automated reporting program management tools.
Multiprac provides continuous, automated monitoring of Healthcare Associated Infections (HAI’s), and renders this data to assist in identifying adverse trends, informing improvement initiatives and assessing effectiveness of interventions - all in an efficient, timely manner. Multiprac includes a standards-compliant Patient Health Record, which enables both a patient-centric view and an activity view across multiple patients. This unique proactive approach allows you to enhance surveillance beyond the typical high-risk intensive care population.
|Ocean Mental Health||
Ocean's mental health solution has been built in conjunction with the Primary Health Networks across Australia and is designed to solve the problem of people with mental health care issues who see many different providers - none of whom are easily able to communicate with one another. It enables GPs, psychologists, psychiatrists, NGOs, specialists and hospital-based clinicians to see what is going on with their most complex mental health clients as they move across the continuum of care. Ocean Mental Health provides the ability to create a stepped model of care for mental health clients - assisting people to get the care they need in the most efficient way and enabling care-givers to access a clear and accurate picture of the needs and status of the person at any given time.
The Archetype Editor is currently the main tool in use for authoring archetypes as found on openEHR CKM and elsewhere. It is Unicode-enabled and works with archetypes in any language. The editor application has been localised to several languages, including Danish, English, Farsi, German, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish.
The Template Designer is the tool required for editing '.oet' (pre-ADL2) templates.
