openEHR International Board Election Results 2022

Following the recent elections for 3 openEHR International Board positions, voting and results having been verified and we are delighted to announce that: -

John Meredith, United Kingdom has been voted to join the Board representing Individual and Professional Members. We had 6 nominations for candidates to join the Board representing Individual / Professional members.

Tomaz Gornik, Better Slovenia has been voted to remain on the Board. We had 2 nominations for candidates to join the Board to represent Industry Partners.

Jordi Piera Jiménez, Catalan Health Service has been voted to join the Board representing Organisational Members. We had 2 nominations for candidates to join the Board to represent Organisational members.

Our congratulations go to all candidates along with our thanks to those who were unsuccessful on this occasion.

We also take this opportunity to thank the outgoing Board members, who have contributed a huge amount of time to the openEHR Boards and community as a whole.  We thank them for everything they have done, and for their continued support to openEHR.

Dr Ian McNicoll, United Kingdom originally joined the Foundation Management Board in 2015, now the openEHR International Board. Representing Individual and Professional members and past Chair.

Silje Ljosland Bakke, Norway originally joined the Foundation Board in 2019, now the openEHR International Board. Representing Organisational members, and current co-Chair.
