OpusVL are a specialist Open Source solution provider, delivering a full service of discovery, design, build, deployment, and support. We have been solving business problems with open source technology since 1999, and are working collaboratively with NHS organisations to develop safe and functional digital tools.

Recent projects include leading the development and implementation of a pilot electronic observations application (Open-eObs), designing and deploying ERP and invoicing solutions for NHS Trusts and for NHS Digital’s GP IT Futures programme. We work with open digital communities such as openEHR community, whilst also leading the Innovate UK funded DITO (Develop In The Open) project to develop best practice processes for digital healthcare technology.

Our philosophy is one of openness, we value working closely with stakeholders, and collaborating with the wider health and care community to support their aims and objectives.
