I agree that using approximate for a date time value is a requirement.
I understand Tom has indicated that magnitude_status is not originally
designed for this purpose, but I cannot think of the reason why not use it
to represent approximate for a date time value. Is it because it has other
irrelevant values to a date time, e.g. <, > etc.? Maybe
DV_TEMPORAL.magnitude_status could limited to ~ and =.
