The HTML template view is a representation of an openEHR template that can be viewed without the access to commercial Ocean template designer.

Attached is a sample template developed for the NHS around examination of a patient presenting to the Emergency Department with limb pain or injury that contains explanatory annotations and hyperlinks - available as either a .pdf or .mht page.

Please note:

  • Archetypes are in bold and black.
  • Identification of the classes of archetypes are in the 'callouts'
  • Each archetype that is surrounded by a red outline has a hyperlink to a corresponding archetype in the current NHS repository.  These links are not neccessarily an exact match, but give an approximation of the content with which the template was designed - some archetypes have a number of versions, and some may have been renamed within the template designer.
