There is a repository of archetypes in the Clinical Knowledge Manager - www.openEHR.org/knowledge. There are none that are mental health specific at present - love to start to collaborate if you are interested in getting involved. I recall that there was a Chilean psychiatrist building some a couple of years ago, but I haven't seen any of the archetypes.
However there are projects and work happening in many domains all over the world with increasing momentum so it might be useful to ask directly at the coalface:
This wiki tends to be used for documentation and discussions on specific topics, but the email list is probably the best resource for you to start with.
