After researching information beginning at OpenClinical.org We have not found a suitable "open source" system for inclusion in OSHIP for modeling computable clinical guidelines.
I (Tim Cook) have decided that OSHIP already contains the needed infrastructure create a guideline modeling system for use with openEHR archetype data.
Initially, the system will work with applications built on OSHIP. We will then add a web services layer so that any openEHR implementation will be able to access and use an OSHIP based clinical guideline decision support system.
The development plans will appear here.
