Change Management Plan

What is a Change Management (CM) Plan?

All non-trivial developments need to be change managed to avoid chaos. Change management consists of a number of facets, including identification of items, version control, release management, and a definition of the change process. The openEHR Technical CM Plan defines how openEHR deliverables are controlled, and how changes are made to them. The CM Plan defines a process for reference projects which uses the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to perform review of Change Requests (CRs), and a process for non-ARB review of CRs.
