[Oship] New Joins

Hi All,

We have had a few new joins to this list in the past few days.

I just want to point out that most of the work going on with the Python
implementation is actually being done within the OSHIP project which is
hosted on Launchpad. http://launchpad.net/oship

The version on openEHR.org is more representative of the way the
specifications are laid out but it creates several problems with
circular imports etc. Anyone is welcome to work with that code and in
fact that code needs a project manager if it is to progress.

I have opted to work solely on the OSHIP project in order to create a
complete web based framework for application development. We welcome
you to come join the OSHIP project. Just follow the instructions on the
front page.

Sometime later this week or early next week I will be merging in the
ADL2PY branch with the trunk. It represents a number of improvements
and better integration with the framework components.

Roger: Would you kindly edit the welcome message for this mailing list
to reflect this information so that people know the work on the Python
implementation is progressing but we are using Launchpad due to all of
the management and planning features it gives us?

Thanks,
Tim
