OOOPS! Sorry. I made the change to the wrong branch. Revision 197 and later should work as advertised. The + is not a bug. It indicates that there are items in the container it is just that Archetypes do not have any folder properties and so there is no ManagementView for them in the ZMI framework. The object browser is much more informative.
