Tim,

The file openehr_terminology_en.xml in
oship/openehr/minitermserv/resources contains those openehr local 
codes, I
think. The current implementation of minitermserv aims at parsing this
file so that the application can make any query to terminology service
regarding those codes. You can parse the file and create a dictionary if
that is what you want.
But I am aware of some discussion about this file in the java
implementation list I (possibly some error in it). When I am back from 
my
vacation I will have a look at these issues.
