Okay.  I personally don't have that use case.  

My intent was to create instructions that were easy for someone not
familiar with virtualenv and buildout to install OSHIP into a known
environment.  

If the more experienced developers here can create a better set of
instructions I am MORE than happy to accept them.  Just don't over
complicate them because many of the people installing OSHIP will never
develop other Python apps.

I have changed the subject line in hope that this conversation will
continue and lead to a really great install guide.
