Bug in openehr_terminology_en.xml

Dear all,

In openehr_terminology_en.xml, the section <codeset issuer="ISO" openehr_id="languages" external_id="ISO_639-1">

does not include <code value="km" Description="Central Khmer"/>

The language is the office language of Cambodia.

It is list in ISO_639-1
