Because SHARED_RESOURCES.show_in_system_browser uses the process 
library, adl_parser.ecf could not compile. Adding the process library 
to the project would create a pointless dependency, since the project 
does not need this feature. Instead, fix it by moving the feature to 
GUI_UTILITIES.
