Add rm_schema.adl to the SConstruct so that it will be included in the 
Mac and Linux installation.

(It had already been added to the Windows NSIS script, so Windows was 
okay. Its omission from the SConstruct did have one implication for 
Windows, however: because rm_schema.adl was not listed as a build 
source, changes to it would not have triggered a rebuild of the 
installer.)
