AWB-147: Changes copied from revision 715 in BRANCHES/specialisation:
- corrected pattern matching in dADL part of adl_validator - now blank
lines are not missed in dADL tet;
- better pattern match for erroneous term codes in dADL scanner; now
catches the example Dutch archetype (see AWB-147) error properly.
