Adjustments to detect overrides at use_node source points. Flattening
at this points still not done, because use_nodes don't yet have
node_ids.
Next step is to split C_ATTRIBUTE into C_SINGLE_ATTRIBUTE and
C_MULTIPLE_ATTRIBUTE, so as to clarify container and single-valued
attribute semantics.
