Log Message:
-----------
The CruiseControl server is now complaining, "'ascii' codec can't
decode byte 0x92 in position 139: ordinal not in range(128)". Typing
this error into Google suggests that using the Python unicode()
function rather than str() might fix the problem. It's working for me
locally, so let's try it on CruiseControl.

Modified Paths:
--------------
    TRUNK/Eiffel.py
