The last revision broke the build on the CruiseControl server. Possibly 
it is because the SCons Eiffel builder is using Variables() rather than 
the obsolete Options(), so maybe the server needs to be upgraded to a 
newer version of SCons. This reverts to Options(), to see if it fixes 
the problem.
